How does the system work?
When a person presses on your Click To Call button, enters their phone number and clicks "call", the system rings them on their nominated phone number and tells them they are being connected to you. Your number is then called, and when you answer the phone, you are connected. Simple, but powerful technology, huh?
The system is also powerful enough in that you can specify whether the phone call is initiated from their end, or from your end ("Hi, I am calling because you have just pressed a button on our website. How can I assist you?").
What is the level of business being produced by
the Internet?
It's substantial.
Revenue from online based transactions is growing at a phenomenal rate. For example, in this year well over 25% of all revenue in the
hospitality sector is now being generated by the
Internet, with another 25% influenced by the
Internet but done offline.
How does a Click To Call button increase the level
of business being done online?
Two thirds of
people who start doing business online don't
complete the transaction. The experience in the USA
has shown this reduces to one in three when
a button on the site provides an immediate
telephone connection to a real person, alleviating
any waiting to get their queries answered. A phone
call is considered 5 to 15 times more valuable than
a web site visit!
Has the system worked where it has been
used?
Click To Call services have
been available in the USA for some time, and have
proven very successful with more than 50 times
return on investment in terms of revenue increase.
However, this type of service has traditionally
involved large establishment and monthly fees, plus
the per minute cost of two way calls, so it has
been out of reach of most businesses. Until now!
What fees are involved?
This service is available for a low monthly cost of $4.95 USD per month and 0.12 USD per minute from anywhere in Australia and to most countries.
You can add credit to your account at any time in either USD$20.00* or USD$50.00* lots (*excludes GST). The system will notify you by email when your balance requires a topup. But you can see your balance at anytime when you login.
This is great value! Traditional 13 and 1800
numbers generally do not work internationally,
and even domestically often cost more than this.
Results have also shown that people will more
readily click a "call me now" button on your site,
whereas simply posting a phone number or email
address on the site and having them initiate contact
themselves tends to draw much less response.
When are fees charged?
The monthly fee (USD$4.95) is charged in advance and is deducted from your balance on the 15th of each month. Call charges are deducted from your balance in real time after the completion of each call.
How do I pay?
After you have signed up for an account, you can login and add credit to your account. We use PayPal to process payments. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may still pay via PayPal credit card options.
Can I control when the system operates?
Yes! You define the hours during which you want to receive calls, and the countries you wish to include. You may also block specific numbers and turn off the system for a period if you so wish. If your We Call You Now button is clicked outside of your trading hours, it can go to your voicemail or the system displays an unavailable message, and emails you their number to call back.
Of course if you operate a 24 hour call centre, you
can set the system to receive calls at any hour,
and from any country worldwide!
What reporting of results can I access?
Once set up, you have access through your client login to all the details of calls that have been completed, including phone numbers, so you can compare with sales to ensure you are getting a good conversion rate. Optional Name & Email collection is available with some templates. Call & Billing reports are downloadable in .csv and xml formats.
What is my commitment?
You can try the service for as little as USD$20.00* (the minimum credit topup option). There is no contract, and you may cancel the service at any time by letting your balance drop to zero and leaving it there. The account will be closed when the balance is 0.00 or below on the next monthly fee cycle.

Do I require any software or
hardware?
No, the system
does not require any equipment at all. It
uses standard telephone lines. This is not voice over the internet (VOIP), and does not require any special headsets,
microphones or modems. You simply nominate an
existing phone number for the service to operate.
How hard is it to install in my site?
All you need to
do is "cut and paste" one line of code into your
web site, emails and reports.
Can I have my own button?
Yes, you can
choose from a variety of pre
designed buttons,
or you are free to create and use your own button
tailored to your specific needs.
Can I change the messages and graphics on the
pop up screen?
Yes, through
access to your unique Client
Control Centre
,
you can tailor this to your own message strategy. Options include customised header, footer, welcome text, out of hours text and a privacy url.
Can I have multiple numbers?
You can have
multiple numbers for different times of day all on one account (such as a main number during office hours, an alternate number or cell phone for after hours etc). However if you wish to have multiple buttons pointing to different numbers (for example, different links to Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support etc), you will need to open multiple accounts.
Can I use my existing Freecall or Tollfree number?
There's really no point! We do not recommend using a Freecall or Tollfree number as your Click To Call contact number. These systems will generally charge you a premium on incoming calls on top of the normal Click to Call rates, so you are effectively paying twice for the call. Use your non-toll free number to get the normal rates (and save!). You can check the call rate of specific numbers via our Rates page.
