WeTalk2U - The Features Of Click To Call Technology


Click To Call technology is simply a website button that initiates a phone call between a website user and the website owner. It is global, inexpensive, does not require heavy investment , is easy to install, reduces website abandonment, increases sales conversions, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and is completely customisable.

The WeTalk2U / WeCallYouNow system offers complete flexibility in configuration, with many powerful features included at no additional cost. Once registered, your account Control Centre allows you to administer the full functionality and features of your Click To Call facility. An online demonstration of the Control Centre is available on the WeCallYouNow website, however many of these features are also outlined below.

Feature Benefit
Call Availability - Set or edit your time zone
- Activate or pause your Click To Call service
- Specify your availability for calls by day, hour, and phone number
- Set whether the system will call the website visitor first, or your number first
Check Calls - Check the log of calls that have been made through your Click To Call Facility.
- Shows call duration, number, contact, date / time, and call cost.
- Report able to be exported in either .csv or .xml formats.
- Reports available for today, yesterday, past 7 days, this month, last month or other user parameters
Block A Number - Security feature which allows you to block specific numbers from being used to call you if required.
Change Countries - Allows you to specify the countries you allow to place calls through your Click To Call service. Select as few or as many countries as required. A very powerful feature and one of the cornerstones of the system.
System Customisation - Specify and customise your welcome and closed / after hours messages in your "pop up" Click To Call window. This is the message in the window you would use to encourage your site users to initiate the call
- Customise your display or company name in the pop up window
- Set which country from your selected countries will be auto selected as the default when your pop up window appears
- Select to display optional fields such as "your name", "your email", and "extension" in your pop up windows. Handy for collecting addtional data in your call reports.
- Select to display a delay calling option for callers who may be using their phone line for a dial up connection
- Specify your email address for low balance or other system / administration messages
- Upload custom default header and footer images which are displayed within the pop up window
Change Password - Allows the administrator to change their Control Centre login password for security purposes
Call Rates - Look up and check call rates from within the Control Centre
Linking Code - Obtain unique linking code and button graphics to paste into website, emails and other electronic documents
Help - Online help presentations are available on all screens of the Control Centre to assist in navigating, customising and using your Click To Call facility to its fullest potential for your application.
Account Balance - Current account balance is displayed in the top right hand corner of the Control Centre screens
- Automatic email notification sent to administrator when account balance is low
- "Topup" link allows you to make a deposit of either USD$20 or USD$50 to "topup" your account balance. GST is applicable for Australian businesses.
- Payments through Paypal system only. Visa & Mastercard facilities available for non Paypal members.
